Foss Hodges’ lecture on presenting the testimony of medical experts in child molestation and sexual assault cases selected for NACDL webinar and self-study programs.

The National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers has selected a lecture by Foss Hodges for its webinar: Defending Sexual Assault Cases and for its self-study program: Litigating & Challenging Forensics Issues in Sexual Assault Cases.

In the featured lecture, Hodges and Forensic Pathologist, Dr. Kim Collins, explain how to effectively present expert medical testimony in child molestation and sexual assault cases. The lecture was given in 2019 in Las Vegas at NACDL’s annual seminar, Defending Sex Crimes: Zealous Advocacy in Sexual Assault & Child Victim Cases.

“It is such an honor to have my lecture included in these quality programs,” Hodges says. “These two programs combine presentations delivered over the years by some of the best sex crime lawyers and most accomplished experts in the country. It’s incredibly gratifying to be included in the same company, even if I’m really just the opening act for Dr. Collins!”
